MEET VALORIE ESCALANTE

Valorie Escalante owner and licensed esthetician of Sagrada Skin Care and Wellness, has spent a lifetime of learning about the intelligent entity that is skin. Her journey with skincare began in her native California as a young girl concocting aloe vera and rose petals for skin treatment in her grandmothers front yard. Growing up she spent hours reading everything skincare, as an adult, she suffered from acne and other skin issues that left her hopeless with the common dermatologist solutions; thus beginning her journey in a holistic understanding that nutrition, health, mind and, product ingredients affect skin health and appearance. After receiving her facial specialist license she began working in a health spa and gained critical hands-on experience. After acquiring a steady clientele she grew tired of the demands of sales, service quotas, cookie-cutter, and limited treatment facials available she created Sagrada Skin Care and Wellness. 

 

Valorie continues with her holistic approach to the skin that is: treat the skin from the inside out. With her belief in the right mix of topical skincare, massage work and treatments, and a positive outlook the skin can be healed, awakened, and revitalized for a truly radiant complexion. She uses that same belief when it comes to hair removal by the method of sugaring, the more natural the better.

She spends her free time reading, biking, cooking, and creating. She resides in Clermont with her family, cat and dog.
