SAGRADA STUDIO POLICIES
Cancelation/Reschedule Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hrs before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service requested.
No shows will be charged 100% of the service booked, as well as being restricted from re-booking for future services, no exceptions.
Cancelations/Reschedules with at least 12 hours notice may be done through your original confirmation text or by email.
Late Arrivals
Clients must arrive on time to their appointment. For facial clients 5-10 mins (max) can be deducted from your facial service, please communicate if you are running a little late. For sugaring clients, time cannot be cut from a sugaring service. Since I will be deep cleaning my studio after every appointment, a late arrival means cutting into cleaning time set aside for the next client. A 50% late cancelation fee will be charged on the card on file.
Sick Policy
Let’s keep each other healthy! If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting any COVID related symptoms such as fever, cough, sneezing, difficulty breathing etc, please email me as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation fee.
Sanitation & Disinfection
Clients will be required to wash their hands in studio prior to their service. A contactless soap dispenser and payment system has also been implemented. Additional time between appointments for amplified sanitation and disinfection protocols will ensure a deep cleaned space for every client.
Face Coverings
All clients must show up to their appointment wearing a face mask. When I am providing a service that does not enable the client to wear a face mask I will be wearing a face shield for eye protection along with a face mask
No Guests Please
No additional friends or family will be permitted in the studio at this time.
Health Form
All return and new clients must sign the Sagrada Skin Care and Wellness Waiver and Release Form at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a canceled appointment. Waiver van be found on the Waivers page.
Thank you!
